Meet The Dining Team
Creative 餐饮服务 is headquartered in Zeeland, 密歇根, and currently serves more than 80 accounts with a mix of corporate and university dining services. Creative Dining aims to provide a great dining experience for everyone on campus.
麦克洛克
麦克洛克 is the on-site food service director. In his role with Creative 餐饮服务 he leads innovative menu conception based on health, wellness and sustainability. He has worked as a food service leader, earned top certifications in safety and sanitation practices, and has executive chef experience.
Brandon Grzegorczyk
Executive Chef Brandon Grzegorczyk is in charge of the kitchen. 厨师Grzegorczyk, who has a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage Business Management from the Culinary Institute of 密歇根, has worked as executive chef, 咖啡烘焙机, barista and sous chef.
悉尼弗莱彻
悉尼弗莱彻 is the Catering Manager. In this role, she manages group meal orders for campus departments, groups, clubs and events. Sydney loves experiencing interactions with all different walks of life all coming together to create a seamless dining experience.
特蕾西·彼得斯
特蕾西·彼得斯 is the Retail Manager. In this role, she oversees multiple food service stores on campus. Tracy has more than 30 years of experience in customer and food service and retail certification.
